FRANCE!!

HI,
I'm in hossegor since a week,the weather is really nice but the waves are small.
Is good to be here again,surf with my friends,see all my sponsors and have some nice BBQ/beer at the sunset.
I have some new board again MBM 5'10 18 1/16 2 1/8 (my favorite model) ,i try this yesterday and the board looks very good!!
I going to Newquay on Monday for the boardmaster WQS 5 stars presented by VANS,im on the poster for the contest with VANS so im stocked.I hope to do well in Newquay!

BACK IN EUROPE

HI,
It’s time for me to move !!!!!!!i was in REUNION at home since the sri Lanka,that was really good!St leu was on for almost two weeks,
Now i'm in europe with my girlfriend.
1st stop is Geneva to shoot my new OAKLEY REBEL CAMPAIGN for 2 days !
After i going to Capbreton for training and surf with my friends !I hope the waves going to be good !
2nd stop will be NEWQUAY for the BOARDMASTER 5 stars with VANS and after is the rush for all the European season.

home!!!and" Grand Boucan"

Hi,
I'm back in Reunion Island since sunday!!!
The end of the trip in Sri lanka was really fun!we surf a really nice "slab"with HODEI AND GONY(i will post some picture later)The flight for going home was little bit long because i spend 12hours in Bangkok and my flight was delayed for 7hours!!!

Sunday morning when im arrived in Reunion,the "Grand BOUCAN" was ON. It's a big canaval and also the biggest party of the year;all the road are closed from 1pm to 1am on the morning.So all the people come from everywhere just for dance and party!!!that was really nice to be with all my friends and having a good time!!!
The waves are not good since i been here,to much south wind but looks like is getting better for the end of the week!!!

round 48 at the sri lanka airline pro!!!

HI,
The contest was ON today ,i surf my heat arround 12am,the sun was really really strong!!!After each wave you need to run on the sand to get back to the line up,that make the heat more hard and funny!!!
I make true this morning on my heat with a 7,33pts and a 7,00.i was surfing with drew courtney,gabriel vilaran and BRENNO DORRINGTON (AKA shrimpy 2,im shrimpy 1).That was really fun to have brenno on my heat,we are really good mates!!!!
but he get unlucky on the heat and didn't make true!!!

The contest is off for the rest of the day so i just relaxing in my hotel room and go for an another surf before the sunset!!
I hope to keep going and make i view more heats!!!

CONTEST

Hi Everyone,
The contest is finally ON today,waves are around 1meter,little bit windy this afternoon but still fun!!!i'm not surfing my heat today because i'm heat 22.
I just free surf this morning and cruising in the little village!!!
The swell suppose to be the same for tomorrow and monday so it's should be really fun for the contest with only 4 guys in the water!!!

the road to Arugam Bay

Hi Everyone,
Im finally arrived to Arugam Bay in Sri Lanka after 8 long hours on the road for only 300km (that was the longest 300km in my life)
On the road i was traveling with Nathan Edge,his brother and Aritz.The driver was really cool and he was speaking perfect english...
The road was really hard between jungle and busy traffic in town,everyone here drive really crazy,not fast but everyone overtaking no matter if an other car or truck coming on the other side.
The country is really beautiful and people are really friendly,we stop on the good local restaurant for lunch,with good SPICY CURRY CHIKEN and amazing tea..perfect 1st meal!!!!!!!

We also see maybe 10 elephants and a views monkey on the side of the road,i was so stocked to see some elephants,they were really fat!!!
I'm arrived at the sunset at my hotel,the hotelis really nice place just on the beach and maybe 20min walk to the famous spot or ARUGAM BAY!!!This morning the waves were nice,small but no wind and good warm-up!!

The contest start tomorrow,i'm surfing heat 22 so maybe no contest for me tomorrow....

i think it's gone be a funny trip!!!
